TONIGHT!! In honour of the FIFA World Cup starting this week and my first class at Paul Palleschi, we’re going to DANCE!

Just taught my first classes as a new instructor at Life Time Mississauga!

I filled in tonight for Maxout Total Body, a muscle conditioning and strength-based class, and Danze World Beats, a dance cardio class. My own classes will start in July so keep an eye out for my summer schedule! 👀

Starting this Wednesday, June 10, I will be teaching Zumba at 7:00pm at Paul Palleschi Recreation Centre (previously known as Loafer’s Lake)!

I’m filling some big shoes as Izabel’s replacement but I look forward to dancing with you all on Wednesdays! 💃🏻🕺🏻
