Together, you’ll enjoy:
🧘 A fun, kid-friendly yoga session to help everyone feel grounded, calm, and present.
🎨 A guided canvas painting experience where each child creates their own unique masterpiece to take home with a professional
🌈 A hands-on creative arts activity filled with intention, imagination, and joy.
💛 Quality time together, making memories that will last long after the day ends.
This experience is about more than art—it’s about nurturing confidence, self-expression, mindfulness, and connection in our children.

This is something that I intentionally work on but I’m growing. I can honestly say I’m happy and everyday I’m working towards being the happiest I ever been. I love who I am becoming. I’m grateful to be aligned with my purpose and continue to work on being that! I’m working on boundaries. I’m working on being around people that energize me vs drain me. I don’t want to be small anymore.

Grateful for the person I’m becoming. If we look back at each year we should be able to say I’m so glad I was able grow from that experience.
Evolving is constant. I didn’t understand that concept fully until I started working on spirtual self. I’m glad I was able to get to the point in my life that I knew I needed to change. I needed to stop numbing myself to the pain and pretending like it wasn’t there. We need that fuel to help us change.

As we move into June, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the importance of slowing down, reconnecting, and creating intentional spaces for healing. Sometimes life moves so quickly that we lose connection to our inner voice, our truth, and the light within us.

The auric body holds our energetic presence, and when life becomes overwhelming, many of us begin to feel scattered, depleted, numb, or disconnected from our inner guidance. This gathering is an opportunity to clear stagnant energy and return home to yourself gently and compassionately.Together, we’ll work with mantra, sound therapy, grounding practices, and optional 1:1 connection and reflection.
