Today is the last (scheduled) day of Winter #1 2025/26. I want to say a quick thank you for joining us in our programs for this session. We hope to see you back in the gym soon!

I also wanted to give a friendly reminder that due to the cancelations of Tuesday, January 20 & Thursday, January 22, there will be make-up classes for those days this week (Tuesday, January 27 & Thursday, January 29).
