Our Child Minding closure has been extended this week (August 24-28) as our team continues to pivot and support our final stretch of Camp Curious!

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding. We look forward to welcoming you and your littles back!

As our summer season comes to an end, Child Minding will be back to regular non-summer hours beginning August 31!

We have so many programs coming up this fall, and we can't wait to welcome you, or welcome you back, to the Abbey!

From spin classes, to yoga, to sports - we have something for everyone, and something for all fitness levels.

The Fall Program & Activity Guide is now available on the website and in print! We have some incredible fitness, youth, and adult programming coming up

Program registration opens August 29 for Abbey Centre annual members and September 1 for the public!

There's still space available in both age groups for our final Camp Curious - Week 9: Movie Madness!

This week is for the kids who LOVE movies, complete with a trip to the movie theatre – popcorn included!

New Fitness Programs for Fall 2026 are officially on the way, bringing fresh energy, dynamic new classes, and fun group workouts including:

- Tone & Sculpt Pilates
- Gentle Glow Yoga

Along with our fresh line-up, we are thrilled to welcome back the community favourites you've been missing, including the 4th season of Kickstart Your Health!

With some seasonal staff wrapping up their contracts, we’re rallying our remaining crew to make sure campers continue to enjoy a safe, engaging, and well‑supported experience.
