Sorry for the late notice. I picked up a flu bug over the weekend.

There might be a chance of sparring on Thursday Night. Mouth guards will be mandatory.

Congratulations to (L-R) Jeremy Kroeker, Saoirse Murphy, Ben Petz and Brian Petz on their promotion to 9th Kyu. We got the grading in right at the end of 2025. It’s great to have families training and growing together!
