Zone Athletics is the ultimate recreation and sports facility in the Bay of Quinte! We offer recreational parkour, tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool programs for individuals of all abilities ages birth to 18+. We are home to Pegasus Cheer Athletics, Quinte's only All Star cheerleading gym, which has been operating since 2014.

Quick heads up on our hours 🎒
We're closed for our Back to School break from August 31st to September 7th.
The one exception: we're open Tuesday, September 1st for Play Zone (9:30 - 11:00 a.m.) and the first PA Day Camp of the 2026-2027 school year.
Regular hours resume September 8th.

We are hitting the road with the Travel Zone 🚗
This new mobile tumbling program brings fun, structured classes directly to daycares across Quinte and the surroundings areas, from Napanee to Stirling.
Our qualified coaches bring everything they need and lead age-appropriate classes right on-site!
