Join us at the Irricana Rec Centre for a fun 5-week Children’s Yoga Program where movement, mindfulness, creativity, and play come together.

Through yoga, children can build:

But some of the workout fads you see on TikTok and Instagram simply may not fit your lifestyle.

After school starts.
After a project is finished.
After the kids are settled.
After the holidays.

But calm isn't something we find when life quiets down. It's something we practice before the chaos.
