Own gloves required
If you don’t have gloves I have a few pairs you can borrow.

Absolutely no experience required.
Classes are taught by certified black belt Women instructors only.
We train bare foot on Olympic style mats.
We practice a ton on the stand up kicking bags
We have an amazing fun supportive group of ladies 
Classes run 8 weeks at a time
