Facility Lease Opportunity Available, awesome location - just 5 minutes SE of Beaumont, 15 minutes from South Edmonton, 20 minutes to Sherwood Park, Leduc and Devon.

A great opportunity for a trainer, lesson program, or boarding operation!

Will consider a big program or a couple smaller programs that want to lease out pens and use of facility. Price will reflect how many spaces you need.

The facility includes:

● Multiple pens with shelters and auto waterers
● Heated indoor riding arena with tack room and viewing area
● Heated 4-stall barn
● Outdoor riding arena
● Tack lockers
● Trailer parking
● Potential access to pasture from spring through fall

The property can accommodate 20-30 horses and is ideal for training, lessons, or boarding. The facility will be shared with the small boarding operation currently running, allowing for a collaborative and well-maintained environment.

No living quarters on-site but possibly the option of bringing in a trailer.

Monthly Lease Rate plus 50% utilities .

Sadly one of our amazing chore staff is heading off to school!

We’re looking for a casual/part-time barn hand to join our team!

At Shadowlands Ranch, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our horses through detailed feeding programs and top-notch daily routines. We’re looking for someone who shares those same values and has a strong work ethic.

🕒 Morning, lunch, Evening and weekend shifts
💵 Perfect for someone looking to make some extra cash
📍 Located just 5 minutes SE of Beaumont, AB

Duties include:
• Mucking stalls & general cleaning
• Feeding & prepping feed
• Administering medications
• Turn-in/turn-out & blanketing
• Checking horses, waterers, and overall wellbeing

Requirements:
• Must be 18+
• Have reliable transportation
• Own a working cell phone
• Have horse experience and strong communication skills
• Must complete an Equine First Aid Course (can be done after hiring if not already completed)

Weekend shifts mainly with the option to pick up additional shifts when others need shifts covered.

Preference will be given to someone that wants to work off board.

🐴 Perks:
• Option to work off part of your board if you bring a horse
• Potential to lease a horse (depending on the person)
• Or simply enjoy a paid position in a great environment
