We’re updating our class names to better reflect the workouts you know and love — but don’t worry, the workouts you love aren’t going anywhere.

Our longtime, loyal HB member Melissa just hit an absolutely incredible milestone — 2,000 classes at HB! 💪❤️

After 11 years with us, Melissa continues to show up, work hard and bring such great energy to the studio. She’s truly part of the HB family and one of those people who makes our community and the vibe at HB better just by being here.

11 years. 2,000 workouts. That is some serious dedication. 🔥

We’re opening up our Friday Night Lights classes COMPLETELY COMPLIMENTARY this Friday only! 🔥

Friday Night Lights takes place on the personal training side of our facility and is designed to get you lifting heavier and feeling more confident using gym equipment and weighted machines.
