Wednesday Dec 10th - I am cancelling tonight’s judo classes. The weather is horrible out there. Hopefully we will see you Saturday's 11:30am class.

We are running a Saturday 11:30am class tomorrow. See you on the mats. No class on Monday Aug 4th Civic holiday.

It was a hot one tonight. Congrats to students who got graded.

We had 3 students go the the Peterborough tournament yesterday. Congratulations Marko on a gold and bronze medals. Congratulations Avery on your bronze as well. And special mention to Sam who fought in a black belt division. Everyone did amazing.
