Due to weather, open shop today will be at our indoor shop at 132 Penetang Street from 3 to 7pm

We are excited to announce that Firebird is a proud recipient of an Ontario Trillium Foundation Capital Grant! These funds will allow us to fully equip our recent new shop at Penetang St and St Vincent St with tools and equipment and multiple work benches so we can help more people get on bikes and teach them how to keep them running smoothly.

Big things are coming! We will have a grand opening when it’s all set up! Stay tuned!

2026 Bike Poker Ride Results Are In!

We had a record-breaking 25 teams, comprising 85 people riding bicycles around Barrie to 29 different shops and businesses, raising an amazing $3300 for Living Green Barrie and Firebird Community Cycle!

Poker Ride is Back! ♦️♠️ 🚲 ♥️ ♣️
On Saturday, June 20, Barrie is doing a bike poker ride and Firebird is one of the two charities it supports. Here's how it works: grab a team of four (or bring the family), ride around at your own pace, collect playing cards from local businesses, and see who ends the day with the best hand. Prizes for the winners, after-party at Tiff's Bar and Restaurant starting at 3:00 PM. It's $40 per team. All proceeds go to Living Green Barrie and Firebird Community Cycle.
