A 12-week neuroaffirming mental wellness program for children & teens!

Perfect time to enroll and know your young ones will be supported as they start a new school year.

At NeuroNest, relationships can grow naturally around shared interests, movement, games, art, music and repeated time together.

Staff gently support connection, boundaries and repair without turning friendship into another task to perform.

Our NeuroNest program is starting up in a few weeks and spaces are limited.

A game can become an opportunity to notice frustration, practise flexibility, communicate a boundary, ask for help, recover from disappointment, negotiate with another person or discover a regulation strategy.

Our team creates these opportunities intentionally — then helps children connect what happens at NeuroNest to everyday life.

Ashwin also hopes to develop a version for seniors living with dementia, inspired in part by his grandfather. ❤️
