Misty Ridge is seeking a couple new board members to join our team! Looking for community minded individuals with a passion for supporting local recreation!

We know it’s early to think about winter when summer has just begun! But please consider joining and being a part of Misty Ridges 50+ year history! We would love some fresh energy, new ideas and fresh enthusiasm to join the team!

Guest Services Coordinator (Part-Time Position)

Misty Ridge Ski Hill is looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and customer-focused Guest Services Coordinator to join our team!

This is a part-time position that plays a key role in creating a great experience for our guests, schools, and lesson participants.

Responsibilities

* Manage and create content for Misty Ridge Ski Hill’s social media platforms and website
* Coordinate and manage concession stand operations
* Book and organize ski and snowboard lessons
* Coordinate school ski day bookings and communications
* Assist with general administrative and operational duties as needed

Qualifications

* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience with social media platforms and basic website content management
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Friendly, professional, and customer-service oriented
* Experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service is considered an asset
* Passion for skiing, snowboarding, or outdoor recreation is a bonus

Misty Ridge was nominated for the group volunteer of the year award!

There is an incredible amount of volunteer hours that go into making a ski hill operate and to have our efforts recognized by an anonymous nomination is so appreciated and humbling! Though the “board” was nominated, we would like to recognize that Misty Ridge is WAY more than the 6 directors who sit on the board, there are members who regularly come to meetings, volunteer at events and school days and contribute immensely to the success of Misty Ridge!Individual community members and the local businesses who continue to support us ensure Misty Ridge has ensured that we can remain in operation for all these years!

We would like to congratulate the Pumpkin Walk Committee for taking home the award this year! Your event is always a highlight of the year for our community!

Misty would like to say a big THANK YOU to our wonderful group of staff this year! There are quite a few missing as it is Spring Break, but this group worked hard all winter to make sure Misty Ridge operated every weekend, and kids got to do MANY lessons!
