PRINCIPAL FORMS — FALL SEASON

It’s time to get your Fall Principal Form completed!

STEP 1 — GET YOUR PRINCIPAL FORM

The Principal Form is always available under the Forms tab on the Alberta High School Rodeo Association website:

STEP 2 — GET IT SIGNED

Have your school principal complete and sign the form.

STEP 3 — UPLOAD IT

Once signed, upload your Principal Form directly into your NHSRA Membership Portal — the same portal you used to complete your 2026/27 membership:

Please get your Fall Principal Form signed and uploaded as soon as possible so your paperwork is complete for the fall rodeo season.

The 2026/27 Alberta High School Rodeo season is getting underway, and we’re already gearing up for another big weekend!

Three districts. Three great rodeos. A whole lot of high school rodeo action coming our way.

District 1 → Nanton
District 2 → Stettler
District 3 → Whitecourt

Entries close Wednesday at 7:00 PM.

Late entries are never accepted, so don’t miss the deadline!

Nanton, Stettler and Whitecourt — get ready. AHSRA is coming your way!

Entry changes are every Entry Wednesday from 4:00–7:00 PM.

Already entered but need to make a change? This is the time to correct an event, change a partner, or fix something on your entry.

Regular entries and adding events are done online through Equest and remain open until 7:00 PM.

For entry changes, call 403-323-7070 between 4:00–7:00 PM.

Entries close at 7:00 PM on Entry Wednesday.

Our friends at Country Expo, who were also a sponsor of the 2026 Canadian High School Rodeo Finals, will host the Canadian Youth Rodeo Championship October 7–11, 2026, with over $50,000 in added money and scholarships!

If you haven’t purchased your 2026–2027 Alberta High School Rodeo Association membership, now is the time!

Membership fees increase on August 1, so don’t wait until the last minute.

Before submitting your membership, please make sure you:

✅ Complete all required membership information.
✅ Have all required forms signed and notarized where required.
✅ Read and follow all instructions carefully.
✅ Double-check that all required documents have been uploaded correctly before submitting.

Getting your membership completed early will help ensure you’re ready when entries open for your first rodeo of the season.
