Not ready to recline all the way? Stay on your forearms or use blocks/bolsters behind your upper back + head for support.

You can also explore Side Sleeping Hero by rolling onto your side and holding the top foot, allowing you to control the intensity while stretching through the quad, front of the ankle + shin. ✨
