I’m just finishing my first year coaching with CAPTivate and my 5th year coaching gymnastics in general.

Seeing people want to try something new or get back into gymnastics, and being able to assist them with that and follow their journey.

The vibes. Adult gymnasts are the best hype people towards themselves and their teammates.

My last year as a younger competitive gymnast my group won 3rd place team at an international meet.
