Thanks to support from Sport Manitoba and Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries, we’ve been able to make adult gymnastics more accessible for our 18+ community in Manitoba. 🎉🤸🏽‍♂️

That meant:

✨ Bringing two Manitoba coaches out to Calgary for our very first CAPTivate Coaches Retreat + our annual summer camp

These moments are from our Winnipeg Bring-a-Friend class on June 28… and honestly, they say it all. New faces, familiar faces, lots of fun, and a community that keeps growing. We even welcomed some mother-daughter and father-daughter duos who joined the fun together.

Growing adult sport participation isn’t just a goal, it’s happening. And we’re so excited to keep building this community together. 🙌🏾

I’ve been coaching for 2 years.

I started coaching adults because I started training at a competitive level as an adult and wanted to prove that no one is too old to get started on something new.

I love how much the athletes communicate what their goals are and I can help them achieve it.

I only started T&T in June of 2024 and I'm already Level 4 on double mini.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮 𝗴𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝘁?
When an athlete connects a roundoff back handspring for the first time or gets their kip. Those are 2 skills that are super tricky but so satisfying to the coach and athlete when that is achieved.

Registration is now available for our July and August 4-week mini-sessions, and some classes are already starting to fill up!

Whether you're working on new skills, getting back into the gym, or just looking for a fun way to stay active this summer, our mini-sessions are a great way to keep the momentum going. 💪🏾

Worried about summer holidays or weekend plans? Don't be! We offer make-up classes to help keep your training on track.

September registration will open later, with priority registration beginning August 4 and public registration opening August 7.
