✨ Why do we finish class with FREE DANCE? ✨

At the end of many of our classes, you might hear the words they’ve been waiting for… “It’s free dance time!” 🎶💃

But free dance is more than just a fun way to finish class!

Throughout class, dancers spend time listening, following instructions, learning technique and practicing specific movements. Free dance gives them the opportunity to take everything they’re learning and explore movement in their own way.
