Hey everyone! Quick schedule update for tonight and tomorrow.

We’re at weigh-ins today, and afterwards we’ll be getting our traditional team meal in together before fight night. 🥊

Because of that, we’ll be opening at 7:00 PM tonight for All Levels Muay Thai, followed by Friday Night Sparring at 8:15 PM.

Tomorrow, the gym will be closed as we’ll be prepping for the fights and spending the day with the team at the event.

Everyone wish Riley luck! He’s ready to get in there and put on a wicked show. 🔥🥊

Kru needs just one more day to rest up and recover, so classes will resume tomorrow, Thursday!

🥊 Thursday’s Schedule:
4 PM: Youth Class
7 PM: Conditioning
Open Mats to follow! A great chance to get some rolls in.
Just one more day of rest and we should be good to go.🤧 See you all tomorrow! 💪

Located in St. Andrews, Nova Scotia, Mainland MMA is building something special.

We currently have three coaches across various disciplines, with a strong focus on developing complete mixed martial artists.

We’ve only been in our dedicated location for 9 months, and Mainland athletes have already brought home two titles at national and international levels, along with first-round finishes across various combat sports. 🏆

And we’re just getting started.

What you see today is Phase One of Mainland MMA. We have a few more pieces to put in place before we begin Phase Two, which will mean much more space, more opportunities, and another major step toward what we’ve envisioned for Mainland from the start!

A busy summer for Max! Another belt under the Mainland Banner! Mad Max #1! We teach with our Traditional Muay Thai roots, in a style that we have modernized. Max has been at it for just over a year and a half and we have brought him to Double Champ status already! 😁🙌
