❤️ Join FYSC and the Town of Amherst on Thursday, July 16 for a morning of soccer, fun, and community spirit as we take part in the Heartland Tour!

📍 We’ll all start at the Amherst Stadium for Registration and Opening Ceremonies before moving to the Winston Ave Field for some soccer fun organized by our Summer Staff, Leah and Will.

⏰ FYSC activities will run approximately 9:30–11:30 AM at Winston Ave Field.

⚽️ WHAT’S HAPPENING?

Our players will be mixed into different teams and playing small-sided games—all just for FUN!

🙌 ALL FYSC PLAYERS ARE WELCOME!

Competitive players, Recreational players, and players of all ages—we’d love to see you there in your FYSC uniforms!

📣 WE NEED SOME HELP TOO!

We’re looking for some of our U15 and U18 players to volunteer as coaches and referees. It’s a great opportunity to give back, help our younger players, and have some fun!

❤️ The Heartland Tour is FREE and promotes physical activity, cardiac health, and community spirit. Help Amherst once again have the greatest number of participants in the province!

⏰ Pictures will be taken 30 minutes before your regularly scheduled play time.

🟡 COMPETITIVE TEAMS
📸 Team pictures will be taken during your regularly scheduled team practice. A full schedule will be sent to coaches soon!

FYSC REFEREE CLINIC OPPORTUNITY!

FYSC is working to organize an on-field referee clinic, but we need a minimum number of participants to make it happen!

Interested in becoming a Referee or AR (Assistant Referee/Linesperson)? Fill out the Google Form below to let us know!

📅 Sign-Up Deadline: July 8, 2026

FYSC will notify everyone who expressed interest by July 9 to confirm whether we have enough participants to run the clinic.

Please do not complete the online courses until you receive confirmation from FYSC.

💰 Clinic and Course Costs:

Participants are required to pay the online and on-field course fees upfront. After officiating five games with FYSC, we will reimburse the full cost of the courses.

FYSC will also provide each referee with a shirt, shorts, and socks!

⚠️ Interested in being an AR (Linesperson)? You are still required to complete the same referee training courses.

We’re hoping to schedule the on-field clinic within the next two weeks, so sign up today and help us grow our team of officials!
