- All evening classes will have a 6pm start time so we can all enjoy the summer evenings

The cutest class is back for another session ☀️

Babes & Barre is a supportive, welcoming space where you can move, connect, and bond with your baby and other new moms in the community. Babies will be worn in a carrier for majority of the class if you wish (carrier not provided) and join you on the mat for floor work.

*Please make sure you’ve been cleared by your doctor to resume physical activity.*

What to bring:
- Baby carrier/wrap
- Yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Blanket/play mat for baby (optional)
- Any other items you or your baby may need

We are SO excited to share Abbey Letcher will be joining our team this year! She will be teaching our Hip Hop classes on Thursday evenings for ages 8+

While Abbey is new to our teaching team, she is certainly not new to our studio family. She has been a regular in our adult classes for quite some time and is such a joy to have around!
