Thank everyone who reached out will not be moving in the mall and was only offered 1 space in mall .

The spot i was offered was 1800 square feet at a cost of 3200 a month so yes rent increase which we all knew it was coming .

The reason i turned it down is the spot is being used by Cumberland County Hospice Palliative Care Society .

They would be given notice if i accepted but the work they do is important and frankly not sure if they even would be offered another spot so my decision is to close .

I will not be the reason for sake of my business to disrupt the important work they do so we will see where we end up in Amherst or another town again thanks everyone for their support

It has been a pleasure serving you for almost three years, but we've received formal notice that our lease will be terminated. There are a few potential spots available within the mall that we might consider, but the proposed rent increase may be prohibitively expensive. We'll keep you updated on our plans, and we'll have numerous opportunities to discuss further when we reopen at a new location at the end of September or not .We appreciate your loyalty and support over the years and look forward to continuing to serve you, hopefully still in Amherst.
