Mansfield Ski Club is hiring Ski Instructors & Ski Coaches for the 2026/27 season!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, positive people who love skiing, enjoy working with kids and families, and want to be part of a great team this winter.

Whether you’re an experienced instructor or coach looking for a new place to share your passion for skiing, or recently certified and ready to start your career on snow, we’d love to hear from you.

Come spend your winter doing what you love, helping the next generation build confidence, improve their skills and discover a lifelong love of skiing.

We’re looking for an experienced Executive Chef to help shape the future of food and beverage at Mansfield Ski Club.

Beginning with the 2026/27 season, Mansfield is bringing our food and beverage operation in-house, creating a unique opportunity for a culinary leader to build something from the ground up—not simply inherit an existing operation.

This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys developing great food, leading high-performing teams, managing costs, and delivering exceptional member experiences. From busy ski-day service and après ski to member events, race weekends and corporate functions, you’ll help create a food program that becomes an integral part of the Mansfield experience.

From the Archives | 1991/92 Season

Long before smartphones, streaming, and Wi-Fi… there was Mansfield.

Some things have changed over the years, but the reasons we come to Mansfield never do.

Friendly faces.
Après filled with stories.
Great skiing.
Weekends spent with family.
Another winter shared with great friends.

From crafts to face painting, scavenger hunts to animal encounters, Kids Après has always been one of the highlights of the weekend for many of our youngest members.

For more than six decades, Mansfield Ski Club has been creating something that goes far beyond skiing and snowboarding.

Our terrain has expanded.
Our snowmaking and grooming have advanced.
Our facilities have grown.

But the heart of Mansfield has never changed.

A place where families spend weekends together.
Where lifelong friendships begin.
Where children discover a love of winter that stays with them for life.

When John Low and the founding members first carved ski trails into these hills in 1962, they weren’t simply building a ski club—they were creating a place where people could come together around a shared love of skiing.

Today, more than 64 years later, that same spirit lives on.

Some things change with time. The best things never do.

Here’s to our history—and to the memories still waiting to be made.
