The 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held on July 8 @ 7:00pm in the NTGHA Clubhouse at 18 Queen St., Tottenham.

The 2026/2027 U15BB IceCats are looking for a few more players. Interested? Stay tuned for upcoming August skate and tryout sessions.

Town of New Tecumseth Meeting June 17, 2026

Good Afternoon, IceCats,

We have received notice of a very important meeting about the future of the Beeton Arena, and possibly a loss of an ice surface in New Tecumseth. With ice times being limited, losing an ice surface would be catastrophic to the IceCats Program, and affect the number of programs we can offer. Below you will see a notice of meeting to discuss the future of the Beeton Arena. My information is a decision will be based on this meeting. We would ask that as many members as possible attend this meeting to show support for the Beeton Arena, and the need for more ice surfaces in New Tecumseth.

Thank you for your ongoing involvement and the meaningful input you’ve provided to date—it has played an important role in shaping this work.

We’re reaching out to invite you to a Special Council Meeting on Wednesday, June 17 @ 5pm, where several Recreation, Facilities and Culture initiatives will be discussed including:

• Sports Dome
• Pool Feasibility Study
• Beeton Community Centre Project

If your organization is interested in addressing Council, we ask that one representative speak on your organization’s behalf.

At this stage, we’re simply asking you to save the date—additional details will follow once the agenda is published.

We hope you’re able to join us as we continue shaping these important community projects together.
