Gym Reminder

Just a friendly reminder that everyone is responsible for helping us keep the gym clean and organized.

Please remember to:

• Clean and wipe down your machine after use.
• Wear a clean pair of gym shoes.
• Put your weights back in their proper place after use.

We will be enforcing these regulations more strictly moving forward. We appreciate everyone's cooperation in helping us maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.

Dance fitness! 💃🏻

Looking for a fun way to stay active? Dance fitness is a class that offers easy-to-follow dance movements with a great workout in a fun and welcoming environment! Everyone is welcomed to join!

We are currently determining interest to see if there is enough interest to offer this class this season. For that reason, there is no need to send the deposit mentioned in the registration at this time. Simply register and we’ll keep you updated as we determine whether the class will run.

As mentioned below, it is 300$ for a period of 8 months and that class will be held on Thursdays from 7-8pm

• Kyle Lalonde – Men's Professional Open at 9:00 a.m.

All the hard work, dedication, and training have led to this moment. Go out there, give it everything you've got, and make us proud!

After taking a year off, I'm finally ready to step back on stage.

My mind is locked in. My body is ready.
This prep is different-I'm giving it 100% every single day. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just discipline, consistency, and relentless work.

The comeback starts now 💪🏼

One quick note: I'll be training early every morning, so I ask that you please respect my time. If you have any questions, please wait until I start work at 9:00 AM before reaching out.
