🏒 REP TRYOUT REMINDER! 💛🖤

As our players hit the ice, please help us keep evaluations fair, consistent and focused on the players’ performance.

A few important reminders:

▪️ No names on helmets
▪️ No distinguishing stickers
▪️ Black or white socks — Aldergrove colours are good!
▪️ Black or white stick tape only
▪️ Existing skate laces are fine! There is no need to change the colour your player currently has.

Each category is weighted equally at 20%, creating a balanced and consistent evaluation process for both players and goalies.

Aldergrove Minor Hockey is excited to announce Mike Anderson as the U11 A2 Head Coach for the 2026–27 season!

We’re also incredibly excited to be able to offer two U11 Rep teams this season, creating even more opportunities for our players to develop, compete and play at the Rep level.

We’re looking forward to a great season ahead and can’t wait to see our U11 A2 team hit the ice!

🏒💛 HOCKEY SEASON IS HERE! 🖤🏒

As we get back to the rink, a few important reminders for all of our AMHA families:

⏰ Respect scheduled ice times and allow other groups time to enter and exit the rink.

🏃 Use designated areas for warm-ups and please keep sticks, pucks and balls out of hallways and other inappropriate areas.

🤝 Respect everyone at the rink — players, coaches, officials, volunteers, facility staff, spectators and visiting teams.

🏒 Respect the game. Positive attitudes, appropriate language and good sportsmanship are expected both on and off the ice.

Most importantly, remember that our players are watching and learning from us. Let’s lead by example and help make our rinks safe, welcoming and enjoyable for everyone.

AMHA is proud to support the Aldergrove Ironmen as they search for 3 local families to open their homes to players for the upcoming season.

Billeting is about so much more than providing a room. It’s welcoming a young athlete into your family, sharing meals and everyday moments, building lasting connections, and giving them a comfortable home away from home while they pursue their hockey dreams. 🏒

❤️ No special experience is needed, just a welcoming home and a willingness to support a young athlete.

If you have a spare room and think your family might enjoy having an Ironmen player become part of your household, they would love to hear from you!
