🙌 When we needed help, past & present LQMA members saved the day!

We’d like to extend a huge thank you to Vantage Mechanical for their incredibly fast response when we found ourselves dealing with blockages to our septic tank. The owner is a former LQMA member, and we’re so grateful they were able to jump in and help us when we were in a literal bind!

🚽 We also want to give a big shoutout to current LQMA member Mandeep Johal, who called in a favour to Super Save Portable Toilet Rentals when our washrooms suddenly became out of order during our Region Race this past weekend. They truly saved the day and helped us keep the event moving!

But first, we need to extend a HUGE thank you to all the volunteers who stepped up and helped make this past weekend a success.

🏁 From the tower crew, who had to go manual at the last minute, to the Snack Shack; from registration and safety to trophies (even the heat trophies were personalized!), and everyone who helped dry the track and get us racing again — we appreciate you!

🙌 From raffle and 50/50 sales to fixing facility issues, flagging, race directing, pit bossing, judging, receiver and scales, parking, registration, safety, and handling event matters — there were so many people working behind the scenes to keep everything moving.

❤️ It takes a lot of hands to pull off a weekend like this, and you all made it happen for the most important people at the track — our drivers.

Thank you to everyone who came out to hit the track with us these last two days! We appreciate your patience as we worked through the rain delays, but most importantly, we got it all done — with lots of great racing and memories to look back on.

🙌 We look forward to meeting up again at Little Wheels in just a couple of weeks for the final Region race of the year!

Race weekend is almost here, race families! Here are a few things to remember before you roll into Langley:

1️⃣ Pre-register by midnight Wednesday, August 19th! Pre-registering helps our team get organized and saves you time when you arrive at the track.

2️⃣ Parking begins at 5 PM on Thursday, August 20th.

3️⃣ Need your Region Safety Sticker? If you haven't run a Region Race yet this year, your car(s) will need to be checked before receiving your sticker.

4️⃣ The ever-popular JAR RAFFLE is back! 🎟️ Bring a jar to donate... and bring some cash because you're definitely going to want to win some! 😜

5️⃣ Clubs... don't forget your flags! 🇨🇦🇺🇸 We'll need them for our A-Main Ceremony.
