Spent this past weekend ringside serving as part of the officials team for the 2026 Sanda Provincials!

Massive congratulations to all the athletes who stepped onto the platform and left it all out there. The skill, heart, and discipline on display this weekend show exactly where the future of Sanda in Ontario is heading!

Running a smooth competition takes a village. A huge, special shout-out goes to the incredible team of judges and officials I had the honor of working alongside. Sharp eyes, long hours, total professionalism, and a shared commitment to keeping the matches fair and safe.
