Is your player ready to level up their game this season? Our Junior Prospects Program (ages 6–12) delivers targeted, age-appropriate coaching designed to give every player the exact development they need to reach their full potential.

We’re excited to offer two distinct skill pathways this year:

1. Junior Prospects: Skill Builders 🛠️
Perfect for foundational growth, core fundamentals, and boosting on-field confidence.
• Target Ages: 6–12 (House League or players developing core mechanics)
• Focus: Mastering the fundamentals—proper throwing, fielding and hitting mechanics.
• Goal: Building a solid athletic foundation while keeping the game fun, high-energy, and engaging!
• Schedule: 1 x 1 hr sessions Sundays 10-11am, 23 sessions
• Cost: $1200 + HST

2. Junior Prospects: High Performance 🚀
Designed for players ready for advanced technique, higher intensity, and competitive play.
• Target Ages: 8–12 (must be in a Rep program)
• Focus: In-depth swing metrics, positional discipline, advanced pitching/throwing mechanics, situational IQ, and high-tempo reps.
• Goal: Refining raw talent into elite competition readiness and preparing players for the next level.
• Schedule: 1 x 2hr sessions Saturday 11am-1pm, 23 sessions
• Cost: $1900.00 + HST

We would like to welcome a new guest instructor to the Prospects - Brendon Dadson.

Brendon is a former professional baseball player with five years of professional playing experience and a background in player development, hitting instruction, and strength and conditioning.

Throughout his career, Brendon has served in roles including Hitting Coordinator, Infield Instructor, and Strength Coach, helping athletes develop their skills both on and off the field. He has worked with players ranging from youth and rep baseball athletes to college players, while also training alongside and supporting professional athletes during the offseason.

Brendon's coaching philosophy is centered around the understanding that every athlete is unique. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, he focuses on identifying each player's strengths, refining movement patterns, building confidence, and creating individualized development plans that help athletes perform at their highest potential.

His areas of focus include hitting development, infield play, athletic performance, baseball IQ, game preparation, and long-term player development. Brendon is passionate about helping athletes build confidence, develop strong fundamentals, and create habits that translate to success both on and off the field.
