Happy Father’s Day to all dads, stepdads, grand-dads, care givers, foster-dads out there!

Here I celebrate my dad, who has always believed in me and pushed me forward in my art, and my kids dad who is an amazing, cool, funny dad, and also takes his role so brilliantly that I can do my art!

Wait, whaaaaaat??? For real???

Yes!! You, that haven’t started yet your dance classes can indeed one day be able to go en pointe -the French term for dancing on the top of your toes!

There is an important detail though: one needs to have the commitment and work hard to prepare the whole body to be able to do it and not get injured.

But it is possible and should be talked about and explained to everyone that didn’t have a chance to grow up in a dance/ballet environment.

It’s time, friend: have a good look at yourself in the mirror and see how truly beautiful you are!

Yes, you can see some imperfections… I hear you, but it’s because you are a part of Mother Nature and it means that you are like every other creature in this universe:

YOU ARE PERFECT WITH YOUR IMPERFECTIONS!

Why we try to “look” perfect? What is exactly beautiful? Why shouldn’t we feel complete and full?

Well, the fists thing that you, me, all of us should do is to stop comparing ourselves to others (our journeys, our genes, our souls, our dreams, our movements…), just then the look in the mirror will be the most amazing encounter!
