As we finalize our fall schedule, we’re looking to welcome talented instructors who align with the LivvWell culture and want to be part of one of Airdrie’s most dynamic fitness communities.

A little peek behind the curtain at your favourite classes 👀

We know life happens, schedules change, and nobody wants to risk a late cancel fee. We totally get it ❤️

But when everyone waits until the last minute to book, it can look like a class has little or no interest. Sometimes we have to make the tough call to cancel a class when only 0-1 people are registered... only to have several people tell us later they were planning to come.

Booking ahead helps us:
✨ Know whether a class can run
✨ Give instructors time to plan an amazing experience
✨ Ensure we’re staffing and scheduling appropriately

If there’s a class you know you’d like to attend, we would be so grateful if you’d reserve your spot as early as you can. Your early booking helps us keep more of the classes you love on the schedule!

✨ What to Expect in WARM Yoga Nidra ✨

Unlike a traditional yoga class, Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to bring your body into deep rest while your mind remains gently aware.

In our warm, cozy studio, you’ll settle into a comfortable position with blankets, bolsters, and props to fully support your body. There is no physical movement required—just an invitation to rest, listen, and receive.

As you’re guided through relaxation techniques, breath awareness, and visualization, your nervous system has an opportunity to slow down, helping to reduce stress, improve sleep, and create a sense of calm and balance.

Many people describe Yoga Nidra as feeling like the perfect blend of meditation, relaxation, and a really good nap. 💛
No experience is needed. Simply come as you are, wear comfortable clothing, and allow yourself the gift of deep rest.

Our Energy Exchange Program offers an opportunity to become part of the LivvWell community by contributing a few hours each week in exchange for studio access.
