Coach Deanna is turning the chapter, and is taking on a new challenge and adventure outside of F45, and we wish her nothing but the best!

There will be hugs, and maybe even some tears, but Coach Deanna’s countdown is on and her last day in her coach shoes will be Friday, November 27th.

We still don’t know how we’re ever going to replace what you brought to the studio, and our community, as you always went above and beyond! 🙏

Your touch on our F45 community, and our studio will live on for years to come!

We are forever greatful for your energy, time, and effort that was lifechanging for us and so many!
