Our AHA swimmers showed up BIG at the Fraser Valley Regional Championships in Abbotsford, July 31–August 2, and we couldn’t be prouder!

🏆 2nd out of 7 Fraser Valley clubs in Quality Standings!
🔥 45 AHA swimmers competed at Regionals
🎉 23 AHA swimmers qualified for BCSSA Provincials!

It truly takes a community to host a successful swim meet, and we are so grateful to the organizations that generously loaned us tents for our 2026 Kristy Hatt Memorial Swim Meet on July 11–12.

With 476 swimmers from across the Fraser Valley, as well as Richmond, Boundary Bay, and Port Moody—including 90 of our own AHA swimmers—these tents were absolutely essential. They provided welcome shelter from the rain, relief from the summer sun, and comfortable spaces for our swimmers, coaches, officials, volunteers, and spectators throughout the weekend.

What an unforgettable weekend for the Agassiz Harrison Aquanauts!

We were proud to welcome 476 swimmers from Agassiz, Hope, Chilliwack, Abbotsford, Mission, Aldergrove, Langley, Haney, Boundary Bay, Port Moody, and Richmond, including 90 AHA swimmers, for an incredible weekend of racing, sportsmanship, resilience, personal bests, and lasting memories.

This year's meet marked the final Kristy Hatt Memorial Swim Meet at the Ferny Coombe Pool—a place that has been home to countless memories, lifelong friendships, personal bests, and generations of swimmers. For decades, Ferny Coombe has fostered laughter, competition, perseverance, and community, shaping so many athletes and families along the way. While this weekend marks the end of an era, we are grateful to have celebrated one last unforgettable meet in the pool that has meant so much to so many.

The 2026 Summer season is just around the corner! The Agassiz-Harrison Aquanauts are back in the water this May at the Ferny Coombe Pool. If you have a child or teen at home that loves the water, wants to build on their swim skills, and explore competitive swimming as a sport - swim club is the best of both worlds!

Swim club is a great way to build confidence in the water, improve stroke technique and efficiency, and have build friendships in the pool. Many AHA swimmers go on to become lifeguards, swim coaches, or follow their love for the sport into year-round and varsity competitive swimming!

Registration will open on March 9th for all swim groups. Take advantage of an Early Bird discount during the month of March and get $25 off each registration.
