July Wellness Classes are here 🫶🏻

This July we designed our wellness classes around moving with intention. We wanted to create rituals that go beyond just moving your body outside.

It’s not just about being active, it’s about helping you feel calmer, stronger, and more capable in your body and in your everyday life.

Engaging in physical activity outside also boosts mental health and increases vitamin D, PLUS you are surrounded by a community of like-minded people who share the same goals 🙌🏻
