It’s leg hang time, outside hang edition! If you already have the shape and you’re ready to make it feel more natural in your movement. This class is designed for that exact point in the process.

You’ll spend the full hour working a single skill with targeted coaching, strength-based drills, ex*****on support, and different ways of approaching the movement so it starts to make sense in your body.

This workshop isn’t about adding something brand new. It’s about taking a move you already know and giving you the time, attention, and tools to actually get it working for you.

THE ALMOST LATE SHOW featuring Rose Fonda-Cox is here! 💋

Variety shows trace their roots back to 19th-century British music halls, while vaudeville acts became the fashionable trend across North America through the 1930s. Then guess what? It all changed when TVs came along. Iconic programs like The Carol Burnett Show, The Lawrence Welk Show, and even The Muppet Show brought people together to enjoy multi-act performances featuring a diverse roster of entertainers. Today, modern hits like America's Got Talent and Saturday Night Live carry on that same variety-show spirit.

The Goddess Movement creative kitchen has been busy, and our in-house writer has cooked up our very own variety show!

Join Rose Fonda-Cox, host and infamous emcee of The Almost Late Show, as she entertains you with engaging banter and monologues about... well, almost nothing! Turns giving you trouble? 💫 This series is designed to help you build consistency, control, and confidence from the ground up. Lineke will break down the mechanics behind successful turns, covering everything from preparation and spotting to balance, weight placement, and momentum.

A strong emphasis will be placed on arm carriage, arm placement, and posture, key elements that are often overlooked but make a significant difference in both technique and aesthetics. Through drills, exercises, and progressive training, you'll develop greater body awareness and learn how proper alignment can improve your turning ability across all styles of dance.

Perfect for dancers looking to strengthen their technical foundation, clean up existing habits, and achieve more stable, powerful turns.
