This 3-week Int/Adv Hip Hop Choreography series is designed for dancers with previous Hip Hop experience who are ready to be challenged with faster-paced choreography, musicality, performance quality, and detail.

Over the course of the series, dancers will build on the same song each week, allowing more time to develop the choreography, clean transitions, sharpen dynamics, and fully explore the movement. This format gives dancers the chance to go beyond simply learning steps and focus on confidence, ex*****on, texture, and performance.

Hi, it's Lex, your resident social media unicorn 🦄. I've written a few of these posts for Aryn over the years and honestly every time it’s hard to bring the full appreciation for Aryn to words, because there's just too much to say.

If you've been to one of our shows, you already know her. She's the one who grabs the mic before anything starts, gets the whole room laughing or hyped or both, and tells everyone straight up to leave their judgement at the door.

Picture this, dancers back stage putting on their final costume pieces and preparing themselves backstage as Aryn take the stage. You’ll see dancers proactively crawling on each other, or with their ears up to the theatre doors to hear Aryn make her pre-show speech. We all want to hear it, even though many of us have heard it dozens of times before, Aryn’s fierce protection and support shine very bright and she means every word. You can feel that she means it. And then twenty minutes later she's up there performing herself, whether it be a satirical unicorn strip tease, a well orchestrated dom moment, crazy fluidity during a pole routine, feather dancing with her team, and the list goes on!

That's kind of the whole thing about Aryn. She pours her heart into everything, the shows, the classes, this business, her team, her family, all of it.

Aryn is one of those rare people who built something real because she saw what the world was missing, she stands up for what she believes in deeply and I know I speak for many when I express my own deep gratitude for knowing Aryn.

Happy birthday to a woman who never once asked us to be anything other than exactly who we are.

We love you, Aryn. 🐉🦄

You all have been asking, and it’s finally here! Learn the basics of controlled entry into spin, along with the physics and dynamics that work both with and against you as you move on the pole.

This workshop will guide you through understanding momentum, balance, and weight distribution, helping you develop greater awareness of how spin changes your movement quality and ex*****on.

You will also explore how to adapt and present skills differently on spin versus static pole, building confidence in transitions, control, and clean ex*****on in both environments.

Not sure what level you fit in with LUVEN? Or maybe you've been dancing with us for a while and you're wondering if you're ready to level up to Intermediate 2 or Experienced? This assessment class is exactly what you need.

Aryn will take you through an Intermediate/Advanced level warm-up, drills, and choreography combo while members of the LUVEN team observe and suggest the dance group that will best challenge and develop your skills. The LUVEN leadership team has been doing this for over a decade, and their suggestions directly correlate to your success. There may be things you can't see in your own dancing that they can, so trust the process!

Tere’s something about throwing on a pair of heels that instantly shifts the energy, slowing things down, adding intention, and letting every movement land a little deeper.

In this workshop, we’ll explore all things legs and heels, learning how to incorporate heel clacks, leg twirls, and leg waves to create gorgeous, fluid movement both on the floor and on the pole.

This one’s open to anyone who’s completed Intro to Pole, but don’t let that fool you. There’s plenty of room to explore, refine, and challenge yourself, no matter where you’re at.

Over 4 weeks, you'll dig into foundational movement, classic party grooves, rhythm, bounce, body control, and musicality. Each class breaks things down in an approachable way, then pulls it all together into fun, easy-to-follow combos that help you actually connect the steps to the music.

New dancers will walk away with confidence and coordination.
Experienced dancers will walk away sharper.
