PURPOSE!

Last week Friday nako tse go le 0 degrees betsho, ke ne kele ha le bongawanake. Two boys, Lesang and Obakeng of Botho Creative Therapies invited me to speak on "Building Healthier Connections." It was freezing🥶, but no cold formed against me would deter me form showing up. I could not dissapointment these two young men ba lekela their peers. Well done boys, BossLady is super proud of you. Kings do that. They understand the power of dialogue❤️. To my co-panelists, Rre Yandani Boko, Dr Kgomotso Jongman and the lovely Portia Sekwane, thank you for your wisdom🥰.Loago Saleshando, you did a great job moderating the conversation, good job my boy👊🏾.

The message doesnt change folks....it is virtually impossible to connect with healthy people before you learn how to connect with YOURSELF first. Everything starts with you. Dysfunctional Relationships have nothing to do with others but everything to do with the energy within, and what that energy will eventually attract. People are never your problem.....Sehihi sa gago is! Lo rata go idaftisa kgang e ya SEHIHI mme e tshela😅. Ha o sa ikage o sa improve your consciousness and selfawareness levels, a.k.a boitemogo le kelello, good luck fam.....re tla kopana le wena mo maranyaneng mo o bua gore banna ba rile, kana basadi ba rile, o sa lemoge gore nyaa wena ke wena oo kaletseng. Those people treating you badly are simply a reflection of whats floating within your subconscious.....deny this truth at your own risk my darlings. Yang Life Coaching lo ye go ntsha sefifi....😅!

To everyone who attended, big up to you for loving yourselves enough to learn so you dont repeat the mistakes of your elders, and your peers bongwanaka. Prevention is always better that cure!

DANKO😘

Remind me again why you havent yet signed up for this workshop? Ijo...Bommaetsho, ba santse ba tsile go lo kaletsa bo Jonasi😅.....Happy Friday folks😘.

If Personal Growth is your cup of tea🍵 then this workshop is definitely for you.

In a Postmodern world where we're being taught to value Emotions Over Facts, to avoid Accountability at all cost, and to shift the blame on others instead of taking Personal Responsibility so we can finally stop repeating unhealthy patterns as men and women, "Breaking Down The Polygamist From a Life Coaching Perspective" is a workshop you don't want to miss.

Swiss Psychoanalyst Carl Jung describes it beautifully in one of his famous quotes that describes the subconscious mind and how powerful it truly is;

"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate"

Book your spot to avoid disappointment....This one is NOT TO BE MISSED!

We only get this type of V.I.P treatment from our cousins" .....ke ha re thubega ka setshego....🤣🤣.

OH DEATH WHERE IS YOUR STING⚰️🐝

1Corinthians 15:55

Word of the day bongwanaka....Ebile mme ke bue le wena monana. I lost my mother at the age of 21 ke tloga ke turna 22. Previously I had attended funerals, but none of those funerals ever made me realise that death was FINAL😅. Owaii, tlhaloganyo e ne ele metsi shem. Gape nna tota growing up I was such a sheltered kid. Although we no longer have initiation schools that brought us to consciousness, life has a way of go re rupisa even when we throw away institutions that were created to help us COME TO OURSELVES!

When I reflect today, I realise that losing my mother at 21 was the best thing to have happened to me then. I call go swelwa ke mmaago o le motlana, the process ya go "Kgwa Lebele" in the spiritual realm🤱🏽. Loso lwa ga mme, lo ne lwa NTHANTSHA. It was then that I realized gore " Heebanna, kwee motho wa swa klaar ebe a sa tlhole a boela mo botshelong, and then without that person you become somewhat lost o sa itse gore o simolola fokae🤔?" What then followed, was my EXISTENTIAL CRISIS and COGNITIVE DISSONANCE. For 3 years, I was totally out of it ke kaletse f**ken🤦🏽‍♀️😅. My poor father was going through a lot. First was him dealing with the death of his wife, and now a totally detached daughter who was going through the most after loosing her mother.

By the grace of God, and dad's support, by 26 I had pulled myself together realising gore mama would not have wanted me to wreck my life, ebile she and dad had not raised a loser🤔 Ke ne ka ikgakologelwa! The two had sacrificed so much for me......ao batho, the least I could do was do right by my deceased mother and make her proud😩. Kwee ke itseela boikarabelo ke nne motho💪🏾! I owed it to both my parents to face my demons. Nna kana that was my mindset, a mindset I got from watching my own parents go through adversity ba tsoga mmoga ba wa mmogo. Who was I to do the complete opposite when my parents showed me first hand gore motho ga a we waa sekama🤔. People call me confident and yes my personality has a lot to do with it but its roots stem from me watching my parents stand as a united front in trying times🤔. Akere lona ha ke lo raa kere family is important you think im crazy😅, when I actually know what I'm talking about😅...lo kaletse! There is a certain level of confidence that a child inherits from growing up in a fully functional nuclear family ebile ga ke ngange le ope shem!

Guys, in this life we are here to experience life in its entirety, both the good and the bad. The bad is not meant to take us out or demolish us, but rather to build our EMOTIONAL MUSCLE💪🏾! Although lo rata gore life ga ena formulara, nna tota I disagree le lona. And I think its because Modimo o ne a mpula matlho ke le 21 ka loso la ga mme⚰️🤔!

Mom's death taught me gore:

1) Here on earth re baeng. Ke ne ka ithuta gore rotlhe rea go swa, mme it matters what Legacy you leave behind. Its 2026 and when I go to Francistown, the men and women mama mentored still share affectionate stories about how much of a mother she was to them le gore o ne a ba ruta go le gontsi ka botshelo. Im exactly like my mother....I speak wisdom and life to the lives of others!

2) Until you truly meet death through the death of a loved one, kwee loso le go itayang tota, you will never truly appreciate your life, or appreciate the fact that ga o na nako ya go tshameka mo, you are here to become the best version of yourself, have a relationship with yourself, enjoy your life and impact others. This is why kere i was lucky to have lost my mom at 21, ke ne ka THANYA🤞🏽!! Kana thats why a lot of Batswana ba itshelela hela, ba senyetsa ba bangwe le chaba. Kwee le Rre Mogae o kgona go swa ebe go sa tshikinye batho. Kwee le lepolotiki tota le sa lemoge gore kamoso it will be him/her, so best a ipaakanyetse la gagwe loso, by serving the nation well, re tle re mmue bontle a le mo kesing!...Heelang, we are all going to die😅!

3) In life there is suffering God brings your way, suffering people bring your way, and suffering you bring to yourself because of your ignorance, your lack of Consciousness and Selfawareness, as well as your lack of Accountability and Personal Responsibility. The first 2 we can agree on gore you have no control over, but the latter, owaii thats all on you fam! Personally I have learnt gore in life I should work on myself, grow and evolve, gore at least when I suffer it's not of my own doing kana at least ke ise my own doing to a minimum, this is why I am an advocate for PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT...hokotsa dibati le mogote wa botshelo🔥🔥🔥. At least when I suffer because God brought it, kana Batswana ba ne ba ntirela boloi, I dont need to lose sleep over what im going through since its clearly life e nkgodisa through other peoples vile behavior, or lessons from my Heavenly Father, a lemoga gore I need to grow in a certain area of my life. Whichever way, in both cases I win because PERSONAL GROWTH IS ALWAYS THE OUTCOME!

Bongwanaka, death of a loved one has never been the end for us the living. It may be the end for our loved ones, but it is the beginning of our initiation ceremony as the bereaved. When my Father died in 2022, my family members were so shocked to see how calmly I took it. And I said to them, my mothers death made me want to become even closer to papa than ever before, thats why when he died, it was not a loss because I made sure I spent those 22 years with him creating BOSS MEMORIES. Mamas death allowed me to come to myself, to start my process of truly discovering who I was as Agatha Atlholang! Life Coaching and Therapy at 36 till 40 further facilitated that journey.

Ha o le motho oo ikagang o ithuta ka botshelo le gore O MANG, ga se gantsi o tshaba leso. You learn the deeper things of life and this is why God say to us, in all your getting get Wisdom my child! Anyway....to you young person may you not look at your challenges as God hating you but rather as God so concerned about you that he will use whatever He needs to use including unemployment and an economic collapse to get you off Tik Tok, so you can spend time with yourself o rupe ngwanaka o tsene mo thomong ya gago o dirise your gifts and talents o tshwane le BossLady, o itirele letseno through thomo ya gago and not be anyone's slave or doormat! Hows that for a change in Perspective😅!

These days I attend funerals as a reminder gore I should keep going no matter what people say about me because le nna I will be here one day lo bua ka nna and nna tota kea go lo swabisa because my Legacy will be felt, just as my parents Legacies were felt through the hearts they touched....ware mjolo, ware indoda must, mxm my girl o kaletse if thats what you are crying about go na le THOMO....PURPOSE, then o kaletse klaar!

Experiences are everything my darlings. The idea is to learn something new everyday.....This was really fascinating....so because Im such a generous humanbeing, I thought I'd share this beautiful experience with you....would you look at that...drinking wine without "uncorking" the bottle...WOW! Talk about being innovative 💡🤔! Tota hela in life you can be rich if you apply yourself and if you learn gore madi ga se tiro, madi ke SOLVING PROBLEMS WHILE BEING CREATIVE!

FYI:

The Coravin Wine Preservation System allows you to pour a glass of wine without removing the cork. By inserting a thin, medical-grade needle through the cork and injecting food-safe argon gas, the system pushes wine out while preventing oxidation. The natural cork reseals itself once the needle is removed.
