While we've been a little quiet online, the athletes have been anything but.

At the Orange Phikwe National Marathon, our reigning marathon queen Kefilwe Galeitsewe once again showed her class, clocking 2:50:22 over 42.2km.

As Botswana's National Record holder, Kefilwe continues to set the standard for long-distance running and reminds us that greatness is built one kilometre at a time. Congratulations are in order champ and thank you coach Shepherd for your good work with her🔥

Congratulations to Tsaone Dintwa on securing qualification for the World Athletics U20 Championships, to be held in Oregon, USA, from 5–9 August 2026.

Dintwa clocked a sensational 47.10s in the 400m to punch his ticket to the world stage. 🌍⚡

Oregon has another Lion to watch. 🦁🇧🇼

At this rate, we might need extra luggage space for all these medals! 😅🔥

Our young Lions have been on a mission at the SACA U18/U20 Championships in Mauritius, helping Team Botswana climb to an impressive 20 medals and counting.
