Today’s Pickleball Clinic at Bebena Basketball!

The excitement of pickleball took over Thimphu today with a fantastic introductory clinic for local youth at Bebena Basketball! Driven by hands-on technical guidance from our visiting international Global Sports Partners (GSP) team and local pioneers, the energy inside the arena was absolutely electric.

We extend our deepest gratitude to the Bebena Basketball management for their incredible hospitality and support in opening up their fantastic indoor facilities. Developing a vibrant sports ecosystem relies on this exact type of collaboration. We highly encourage the Bebena team to keep this amazing momentum going and continue taking pickleball to the youth of Thimphu! With your energy, passion, and excellent venue, we can inspire countless young boys and girls to pick up a paddle, stay active, and build a powerful grassroots movement right here in the capital. Organized by Bhutan Pickleball with the invaluable expertise of the Global Sports Partners (GSP) delegation, this historic visit brought immense energy, growth, and community spirit to our courts at Woochu Sports Arena.

Top Pro Pickleball Singapore: 17 International Participants

Royal Thimphu College (RTC): 12 Student Participants

In total, an amazing 49 participants fully engaged in the Bhutan Pickleball program during this historic tour! From local schools and monastics to academic institutions and international competitors, our inclusive courts beautifully proved that pickleball is a sport for everyone.
