*Juniors*: Regular classes Mon-Fri 4:00 - 5:30 PM at Dojang.
*Seniors and Junior*Every Wednesday 3:15 -4:45PM at Chumey Central School.

Today's Taekwondo class focused on light sparring for both Senior and Junior students. SR students practiced controlled kicks, defense, and timing with full protective gear. Jr students also did light sparring to improve balance, footwork, coordination and confidence. All students showed good discipline, respect, and active participation throughout the session.🇧🇹🥋

Our midterm TKD training session begins today. All students are requested to come to the dojang on time in proper uniform. Let’s train with discipline and focus.
