They’re the ones with better habits.

🎾 Recover faster after mistakes.
🎾 Stay calm under pressure.
🎾 Trust their routine at 5–5.

👀 Something exciting is coming…

We’ve been working on something that will help junior players, parents, and coaches train the mental side of tennis in a whole new way. 🎾🧠

We’re keeping it under wraps for now… but you won’t want to miss the reveal.

People will often mistake your intensity for a flaw, because they don't understand it.
The court has always doubted the players who care the most, before it celebrated them.

Don't let one comment convince you to play smaller.

Keep competing. Keep caring. One day, the same fire they called “too much” will be exactly what they respect.

The most dangerous junior player isn’t always the hardest hitter.

It’s the one who stays calm at 5–5.
The one who forgets the last point.
The one who chooses one target and commits to it.

That’s what the tennis mental game looks like. Not perfect shots—better decisions under pressure.

Follow Tennis IQ for more junior tennis mindset, match strategy, and mental toughness. 🎾

The hardest players to beat aren’t always the ones with the biggest serve or hardest forehand.

Sometimes it’s the player who:

🎾 stays calm at 5–5
🎾 doesn't rush when losing
🎾 forgets the last point
🎾 knows when to play safe
🎾 stays patient against pushers
🎾 keeps competing when things get uncomfortable

That’s the mental game of tennis.

Being tough to beat isn't about playing perfect.

It’s about making better decisions when the match gets difficult.

Follow Tennis IQ for more tennis mindset, mental toughness, and match-play lessons for junior players. 🎾

I probably shouldn’t tell junior players this... but...

Winning more matches isn’t about hitting the hardest.

It’s about making better decisions.

The players who improve the fastest usually learn how to:
• stay calm after mistakes
• recognize patterns
• choose smarter shots
• manage pressure
• build points with intention
• trust the right decisions

That’s the side of tennis that often gets overlooked.

And it’s exactly the side we’re passionate about helping players develop.

Follow if you’re a junior player or a tennis parent, who wants to understand the game beyond technique. New tips every week to help you think smarter and compete with more confidence. 🎾

Mental toughness in tennis isn’t about never getting nervous, frustrated, or making mistakes.

It’s about what you do after those moments.

For junior tennis players, the mental game can show up in really small moments:

Missing an easy ball and moving on.
Playing 5–5 without panicking.
Not looking to the parent after every mistake.
Staying patient when the match gets ugly.
Playing even when you feel nervous.

That’s what building mental toughness in tennis actually looks like.

Not perfect tennis.
Better decisions under pressure.

🎾 Tennis IQ helps junior players build the mental game, match awareness, and confidence they need to compete better.
