It takes a little effort to make people feel welcome, but it’s worth it doing it!

And maybe that time when you went to a jam and felt too shy or beginner to jam with other?

And then there is this person inviting you to play together, and you felt what acro is all about? Not only tricks but community and fun 🤸🏼‍♀️💙

Falling is not a failure. It’s a feedback. Each fall tells us something about timing, trust and body awareness.

The SPOTTER is there to help us practice safely, he often sees the trick with more distance, and has some insights to make the next try even better.

After a fall, the acrobats talk about the fall, communicate, reflect & rebuild. Sometimes “going a step back” isn’t a setback at all; it’s the foundation for the next level of your trick. That’s what we call a regression of a trick 🤓
