Dear Everyone

Due to the current heavy haze affecting Brunei, Hapkido Brunei Darussalam is immediately halting all outdoor activities until further notice to protect the health and safety of our members.

Indoor training sessions will continue to run with the following strict health requirements in place:

*Air-Conditioned Spaces Only: All indoor activities will be held strictly within air-conditioned rooms, halls, or studios.*

*Mask Requirements: Everyone attending indoor activities must wear a mask upon arrival. Masks may only be taken off during active training.*

*Post-Training Safety: As soon as training concludes, you must put your mask back on and head home safely.*

*Special Health Advisory:*

*High-Risk Members: We urge extra caution for individuals with asthma, lung conditions, heart problems, and pregnant women. We highly recommend that you stay at home and pause your training for this week.*

*Asthmatic Students: If you still choose to attend training, you must bring your inhaler with you.*
