✨Monday Motivation/ Client Spotlight✨

I was introduced to Lagree in 2018. Little did I know I was already expecting when I attended my very first class. So Lagree was put on hold. I gave birth in May 2019 👶🏻 and fast forward 7 months later I resumed Lagree. Since then I became a Lagree enthusiast. I have discovered my newfound love for fitness and selfcare❤️.

Lagree has made me the person I am today. I could see and feel a noticeable improvement in my strength and stamina but yet Lagree never gets easier even after my 200 over classes. The saying holds true “It never gets easier, you just get stronger!“ That's why I keep coming back for more. I love the challenge of finding my balance and strength while focusing on my mind muscle connection.

If you need something that constantly challenging, versatile, dynamic & a full body workout, this is it! No part of your body will be neglected because every single muscle group will be activated.

Lagree routines also vary in every session. They are never the same! That's what makes Lagree fun, motivating & addictive. The shakes are real! 😄💪🏻
