A stronger sport starts with a more inclusive community. β€οΈπΎ
Everyone should have the opportunity to experience the benefits of tennis, regardless of age, gender, background or ability.
Inclusive sports environments help people feel welcome, supported and motivated to participate. They encourage personal growth, build confidence and strengthen social connections that extend beyond the court.
Through the INSPIRA project, we continue promoting practices that make grassroots tennis more accessible and engaging for diverse communities across Europe.
When more people have the chance to participate, everyone benefits.
Together, we can make tennis a sport where everyone belongs. π
π What does inclusion in sport mean to you?

What happens when sports organizations, researchers and tennis clubs from different countries work toward the same goal? ππΎ
They create opportunities, share knowledge and inspire positive change.
The INSPIRA project brings together partners from across Europe to exchange experiences, develop innovative solutions and strengthen grassroots tennis. Through collaboration, we are helping clubs become more inclusive, sustainable and prepared for the future.
Sport has a unique ability to connect people beyond languages, cultures and borders. By working together, we can create lasting impact for local communities and future generations of players.
Because the best ideas grow when we share them. π€

Success in tennis doesnβt happen overnight.
Itβs built through small improvements repeated every day:
β One more training session
β Better focus
β Greater confidence
β Stronger teamwork
The same principle applies to grassroots sports clubs and communities. Small positive changes can create long-term impact for players, coaches and organizations.
INSPIRA supports sustainable development in tennis through innovation, inclusion and collaboration β helping communities grow stronger step by step. π
Every great journey starts with a single point. πΎ
