Had to kick a guy out. This will be a bit long, but it left me a bit shaken.
Two people enter the store, a middle-aged little lady with a dog and a tall bearded young man carrying a speargun. The guy goes to the spearguns section and the woman brings an old wreck of a pneumatic speargun to me, asking if I can repair it. The gun is very very old and uncommon model, so I can't. There are no parts for it and it is missing a pump with coupling like nothing I have seen. And I have seen a lot. So I offer her to buy out the gun for my collection and give her a discount for a new gun. The other way is for them to commission a custom adapter to be turned somewhere so they can use a contemporary pump, but it looks like the trigger isn't working as well. The safety pops out too, which is not a good sign.

The bearded fellow still looks at the spearguns.

I show the lady one of the cheapest models we offer, as she requested, and she calls her husband to ask him. It is a short call and the husband wants the speargun I offered. He has another one, but he is unhappy with it. I tell the lady the price and they are very happy.
The bearded guy interrupts us and asks in English with an accent how much time will this take. I tell him that it won't be long, but he gets mean. He claims he entered to shop first.
I didn't see them entering, so I assume it is true, but I saw that he went to the other hall without even saying hello and the lady came straight to me. I explained that to him, but he gets angrier and makes a mistake: "She cut me, and that is very common for you Bulgarians."
You Bulgarians? Really?
I reminded him that he is in Bulgaria and in a Bulgarian shop and whether he is confident he should talk like this. He kept insisting about the Bulgarians, so I asked him:
- How long have you been living here?
- 5 years.
- And all this time you didn't put any effort into learning Bulgarian. I do not mind speaking English, but you still expect us all to know it, so we can communicate with you? Do you think this is enough to make such profound cultural observations about us?
He grabs his speargun and goes for the exit, but turns around at the door:
- You should know I will leave a negative review for your store!
- You are welcome to do so, sir.
- It is your job to watch who enters first and this f***ing woman was second.
Now this made me stand up and go for the door.
- Sir, I didn't see who entered first, but you don't curse in this shop. No cursing! Please, leave.
- I am not in your shop, I am standing right outside the fu***ng door.
- You are still on my property. Go over there in the corner and curse as much as you want. If you want me to hear you, you should shout louder, though.

So, no matter what's your nationality, age, gender or whatever, if you come to the store with a chip on your shoulder, act impolite, curse a woman, and dear Lord, please save me, threaten us with a negative review for your own Karen behavior, you will be kicked out immediately. That is a promise.

The lady got visibly scared and tried to apologize several times. I talked to her to keep her in the store longer, as I do not know if this guy really left. I gave the dog some water, and since it was obvious they didn't have enough to spend for a good speargun, I asked her to call her husband again so I can ask him what is wrong with his other speargun. Turns out the bands are weak and the wishbone has broke. I explained that there is no reason for them to buy another gun, I can just tune the current one. I promised I will open after hours to help him make it shoot well. I paid her for the broken pneumatic. I do not even know if her husband will come, really.

What do you think? Should I make this guy a bit more famous by posting the video from the cameras, or should I wait for his kick arse negative review first? :D

За да не блокират ролките на харпуна ви 'от солта', достатъчно е да го изплаквате със сладка вода след употреба като движите ролките, а когато го прибирате за по-дълъг период - да разкачите ластиците и да пръснете малко WD40 между ролките и оста.
Това ще ви спести пари за подмяна или 'тунинги', които няма да помогнат за корозията на оста или ролката, ако е метална.
Нещо повече, за изтегляне на въженце 80 см, ролката прави всичко на всичко 8 и малко оборота. Поради тази причина разликата между обикновена ролка и такава с керамични лагери на практика е незабележима.
Горното е абсолютно задължително ако ползвате метални ролки. Ако не измиете и не смажете между тях и оста, контактът между металите при наличие на сол води до тяхната галванична корозия. Тогава корозират, както оста така и ролката.
Ако все пак сте оставили ролката да блокира, което при полимерни ролки е практически невъзможно, то това се дължи на корозия на оста, а не на липсата на лагери. Шлайфайте оста ако усетите, че ролката не върви добре. Става и с груб вълнен парцал.
Но винаги е много по-лесно и евтино да измивате харпуна. Не забравяйте, че даже Маузер имат нужда от почистване и смазка.
