The true story is I have wanted to visit Rome for two years.

Now I'm finally here and I just want to say WOW! 😯 I'm absolutely delighted by this city. There are basilicas and cathedrals everywhere with beatiful ornaments and deep history behind it. 🤩

If you can visit it at any cost. 💯

This pictures are taken after 25 sets for back. 😵‍💫😀 Deadlift, pull-ups, everything. Don't do that! 😂

Joke aside I'm happy with my current physique but more importantly I'm able to recover from the workouts. I decreased the whole volume but increased the effort. 💪

And again like every other year I will try to gain some muscle mass for next 4 months. My goal is primarly more size in the shoulders and the arms. I will do my best guys! 😤

Honestly I'm very satisfited with the shape I acheived for summer 2024. Now I will slowly increase the food and will try to add more muscle mass like every other year. 🚀
