We’ve wrapped up the 2026 UCI Junior Track World Championships in Heusden-Zolder with 4 medals, 8 new BR and lots more outstanding performances 🙌🏼

The final day of the UCI Junior Track World Championships was all about Madison and Keirin!
Our Women's Madison duo Laura Fivé and Anna Meeusen claimed a nice 5th place in a crash-marred race 👊🏻
Mathis De Tollenaere ended as a first year eventually 12th overall in the Men's Junior Keirin.

Sublime silver on the last day of the UCI Junior Track World Championships on home soil! 🥳
Sune De Valck and Cedric Van Gysel put up a fantastic fight in the Men's Junior Madison that came down to the final sprint and were crowned vice-world champion 🥈🥈👏🏻

More Belgian records were broken on the penultimate day of the UCI Junior Track World Championships in Heusden-Zolder!
Jana Gevers improved the BR in the Women's Junior 1km Time Trial Qualifying (1:08.534). She was a bit slower in the final and finished eventually as 8th. Yana Decruyenaere smashed the BR in the Women's Junior Individual Pursuit by 9 seconds (3:31.677) and claimed a strong 6th place 🔥

It all came down to the wire in the Men's Junior Omnium 🤯
On day 4 of the UCI Junior Track World Championships Sune De Valck fought like a lion until the end and secured a well-earned bronze medal in the final sprint 🥉🙌🏼

Some more brilliant performances on day 3 of the UCI Junior Track World Championships as Finn Tanghe just missed out on a bronze medal in the Men's Junior Elimination 👊🏻
Cedric Van Gysel broke the BR in the qualifications of the Men's Junior Individual Pursuit (3:09.135) which earned him a nice 6th place 🔥

Anna Meeusen added a brilliant bronze medal to the tally in the Women's Junior Omnium on day 3 of the UCI Junior Track World Championships! 🥉🙌🏼
After some consistent racing throughout the day and a win in the Elimination race Anna Meeusen secured a great third place in a nail-biting final, just 2 points off the world title ⚡️
