🌊 Kitesurf Belgium School is hiring ! 🌊

We’re looking for a Manager and Instructors to join our dynamic team in Knokke (Belgium) for the next season !

🏄‍♂️ Manager (April 1 – November 1)

- Passionate and experienced kitesurfer (wingfoil is a plus)
- Bilingual : French/English or French/Dutch
- IKO Level 1 certification (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of basic admin and financial management
- Great communicator with customer service mindset

Your role :

- Oversee daily operations of the school
- Manage bookings, equipment, and on-site payments
- Supervise instructors and ensure course quality
- Support clients by phone and email

Nous recherchons un Manager et des Moniteurs de kitesurf pour rejoindre notre équipe à Knokke (Belgique) pour la saison prochaine !

🏄‍♂️ Poste de Manager (du 1ᵉʳ avril au 1ᵉʳ novembre)

- Passionné(e) et expérimenté(e) en kitesurf (wingfoil = un plus)
- Bilingue : français/anglais ou français/néerlandais
- Certifié IKO Level 1 (ou équivalent)
- Bon sens de l’organisation et du management
- Notions administratives et financières
- Excellent relationnel et sens du service client

Votre mission :

- Assurer la bonne gestion quotidienne de l’école
- Gérer le matériel, les paiements et les réservations
- Encadrer et soutenir l’équipe d’instructeurs
- Répondre aux appels et aux emails clients

Ce que nous offrons :
