How to prepare your discovery session :
✅ We will call you the day before to check in to see if you have any questions and give you last minute information
✅ Arrive 5-10 minutes early so your child can find their bearings and meet the team
✅ Your child should be dressed in comfortable clothing and will enter the gym barefooted
✅ Watch your child from the lobby with a nice cup of coffee
