Last but not least... 🌍✨

The end of this first half of the year has been packed with exciting projects across the four corners of the world, delivering a wide variety of events. One of them took us to **Roskilde, Denmark**, where we managed the complete production and operation of the **European Food Promotion Stand** during the Roskilde Fair. 🇩🇰🇪🇺

The programme featured fun activities for both children and adults, informative sessions, and delicious food tastings, all within a custom-built stand designed especially for the event. 🍴🌱🎪

Another fantastic event successfully delivered with an amazing team! 👏💙

And we’re not slowing down... July is already keeping us busy as we head to **Berlin** for another exciting stand project. Stay tuned! 🚀🇩🇪✨

🌍 What does it mean to be an event organizer specializing in international events?

Discovering the world alongside our clients, while also working behind the scenes to find the best suppliers for dinners, conferences, site visits, and much more.

A big shout-out to Siham and Aseer but also Marie and Monica, who spent a week in Kazakhstan accompanying a delegation on several days of site visits, including receptions and cocktail events in different hotels. Most importantly, they successfully coordinated visits across all four corners of Kazakhstan, managing numerous domestic flights without losing a single participant along the way 😅✈️

In collaboration with the Spectra Group, our team had the pleasure of delivering a project that is especially close to their heart: DG AGRI and the Food Fair in Roskilde, Denmark 🇩🇰.

The event was designed to warmly promote European food at various food fairs, bringing people together through great experiences and delicious discoveries. 🍽️✨

To make this happen, we created a beautiful wooden stand packed with activities for both children and adults, along with plenty of tasty food tastings to enjoy! 😋🌿

A huge shout-out to our amazing team:

Marie was at Union Saint-Gilloise with our trusted partners to organize a conference as part of the European Youth Week for Cecoforma. 🇪🇺✨

The program included the design and management of a Tensofree tent inside the conference hall, followed by a cocktail reception right in the middle of the pitch at one of Belgium’s most iconic stadiums! 🏟️🍸🎉

As always, Marie coordinated our teams with excellence and ensured everything ran smoothly from start to finish. 👏🤝✨

Our amazing team of boys traveled to Zimbabwe during the month of April for the ZITF, an international exhibition, to represent the European Pavilion for a week-long stand hosting more than 25 exhibitors showcasing their actions and projects. ✨
An event filled with great energy, diverse presentations, and above all, a huge success as our stand was awarded the title of Best Stand! 🏆

April also marked the kick-off event of the European Youth Week 2026 at the European Parliament in Brussels 🇪🇺✨

For the occasion, Laetitia returned to Belgium alongside our amazing Marie for a CECOFORMA project, managing this incredible event that brought together over 500 young European entrepreneurs 🚀

The program? An exhibition, an inauguration day filled with inspiring conferences, a dynamic marketplace, and plenty of creative and engaging activities 🎤🎪

An unforgettable week in Brussels surrounded by a dream team 💥
